Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician to join our team at SNVA Ventures.

Job Summary

The Certified Surgical Technician will be responsible for preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries, sterilizing equipment and instruments, and stocking adequate supplies for surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites
  • Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies
  • Tracking surgical supplies
  • Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures
  • Working well with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and the general surgical team
Requirements
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Green Card or US citizenship

This is a 40-hour per week position with a shift schedule of 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $40.39/hour, encompassing a taxable component of $29.06/hour and a per diem of $11.33/hour.
