Surgical Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at SNVA Ventures. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sterile operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and stocked.
  • Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, passing instruments and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and track surgical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest surgical technologies, medical terminology, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
