About the Job

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity requires a motivated and experienced professional to lead our site HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach and train staff on HSE best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure effective implementation of HSE strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar HSE role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or related field.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH qualifications.
  • ISO 14001 auditing experience desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £45,000-£50,000, with additional benefits including 9% private pension and X4 life assurance. The successful candidate will also receive 25 days' holiday + bank holidays.
