International Shipping Organizer

We are hiring a International Shipping Organizer to oversee the coordination of domestic and international shipments at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in shipping and trade administration to develop their skills and expertise.
Main Responsibilities:- Domestic and International Shipments: You will be responsible for organizing and managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient processing.
- Documentation Creation: You will produce all necessary documentation, including despatch notes, invoices, and airway bills, to accompany shipments.
- Freight Agent Collaboration: You will work with freight agents and couriers to coordinate the despatch of goods, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Warehouse Support: You will collaborate with the Warehouse Department to coordinate the despatch and collection of goods.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in trade administration or logistics, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
A salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
