Job Description

This exciting role involves supporting teaching staff and pupils across our School. As a qualified and experienced teaching assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with supervision of pupils in the classroom, in groups and 1:1 when required.

Our ideal candidate will have recent experience within Early Years, KS1 and KS2 phases with a strong working knowledge of phase curriculums. You will also be able to demonstrate resilience and calm in stressful situations, focussing on solutions with patience, kindness and empathy.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or a related field
  • Recent experience within Early Years, KS1 and KS2 phases
  • Strong working knowledge of phase curriculums
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations
