About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who can provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.

You will work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

We offer a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary (approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum), immediate start, and continuous professional development opportunities. Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
