Job Title: RPA Business Analyst - Process Optimisation Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our RPA team, you will play a vital role in identifying processes across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays that can benefit from Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your primary responsibility will be to produce process definition documents and business cases for sign-off, ensuring operational readiness with each business area and leading the change management process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify processes that can be optimised through RPA and develop process definition documents and business cases for sign-off.
- Work closely with developers to build new workflows and ensure operational readiness with each business area.
- Report on the effectiveness of automation solutions after implementation and resolve any issues encountered by users.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather large amounts of information quickly and document processes clearly and efficiently.
- Experience working with Lean methodology and RPA tools such as UiPath is highly desirable.
