About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our team at Jet2 and Jet2holidays. As a key member of our RPA team, you will play a vital role in creating scalable and robust automated solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify processes across Jet2 and Jet2holidays that would benefit from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and produce process definition documents and business cases for sign-off.
  • Lead the proposal of process optimisation through redesigning existing processes and working closely with developers to build new workflows.
  • Ensure operational readiness with each business area, leading the change management process.
  • Report on the effectiveness of automation solutions after they are implemented, working to resolve any issues encountered by users.
What We're Looking For
  • An experienced Business Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to gather large amounts of information quickly and document processes clearly and efficiently.
  • Ideal experience working with Lean methodology and experience on projects involving RPA tools such as UiPath.
  • A proactive and confident individual who is comfortable engaging with people at all levels and has strong attention to detail.
