Job Title: Coffee Shop Shift Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Blank Street, Inc. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Support the General Manager and Training Team to train new employees and ensure they follow recipes and training procedures
  • Open and close the location safely and responsibly, and ensure cleaning duties are followed
  • Develop strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
  • Represent the Blank Street brand in new neighborhoods
Requirements:
  • Full-time availability, 35 hours per week, with 5 days of availability required and 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
