Job Title: Evening Events Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Events team as an Evening Events Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in organizing and supporting the College's promotional events across Basildon, Southend, and Thurrock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and support the College's promotional events, working closely with the Events and Partnerships Manager and School Liaison Officer.
  • Represent the College at various events throughout the year, building outstanding relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Attend careers fairs and assemblies as required, showcasing the College's offerings and promoting student recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
  • Two years' experience in relationship building and/or event management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Experience of planning and delivering events, presentations, and exhibitions, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
  • Previous relevant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the College's brand and values.
  • Experience of dealing with the public, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
