About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team at Haven. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating events through various platforms, working with department heads to source event materials, and ensuring all events meet health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and communicate events through various platforms, including owner website, newsletters, and social media pages
  • Work with department heads to source event materials and ensure budgets are considered and not overspent
  • Ensure all events meet health and safety regulations
  • Build relationships with owners on park, actively socialising through attendance at owners' social occasions and being highly visible and approachable on park
  • Ensure all owners are given a warm welcome and a first-class service

Experience and Qualifications

You may already be an Events Coordinator, which is great. All we are looking for is an Owner Events Coordinator who has proven:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to provide first-class service
