Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, working closely with individuals who have complex support needs. You will be expected to develop and implement care plans, provide emotional support, and encourage individuals to achieve their personal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve care and support services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Experience of working with vulnerable adults in a healthcare settingStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of relevant policies and procedures
