We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Associate to join our dynamic team at Bedrock Learning Ltd. As a key player in our Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic outreach efforts and building strong relationships with schools.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your business development skills and progress to a Sales Executive position in the future. Our team operates in a supportive and flexible environment where employees are encouraged to take initiative, think creatively, and drive our mission forward.
Key Requirements:- A genuine interest in education and a passion for improving outcomes for children through innovative solutions.
- A bachelor's degree, equivalent or higher, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers in schools.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting booking and lead generation, capable of managing a high volume of outreach.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive private medical coverage, employee assistance programme, annual pay increase, and professional development allowance.
