**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
