Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced senior staff nurse to join our team as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Gloucester, Ward 7B clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager, ensuring high standards of patient care and promoting good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training.
  • Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
  • Provide specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
