We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Team in Salisbury. As a Specialist Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes, promoting health and reducing the effects of ill health and disability.
Main Responsibilities- Provide highly skilled therapy care to residents in our geographical area
- Work closely with General Practices, Social Services, and other statutory and non-statutory services to meet the needs of the local population
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality safe and sustainable clinical and operational leadership
- Participate in the weekend therapy rota and cover planned and urgent occupational therapy and physiotherapy assessments and treatment
- MCSP Dip PT / BSc / BSc(Hons) PT / MSc Physiotherapist
- Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professionals Council
- Non-medical prescriber
- Leadership and Management training
- Further qualifications relevant to community practice
We provide a supportive and friendly environment in which to learn new skills and develop your career. You will have access to a vehicle to travel to visit patients and will be required to work a 7-day shift pattern from 08:30 to 16:30.
