About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Physiotherapist to join our team in Wiltshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering paediatric physiotherapy services in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and patients' own homes. They will work closely with the Integrated Therapy Service team to contribute to the overall service delivery model and team advancement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex clinical caseload of patients and maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Provide clinical and peer supervision to staff across the team and professions as needed.
  • Ensure the service provides a high-quality, cost-effective, and evidence-based clinical service to children and young people accessing the service and their families.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, carers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of paediatric physiotherapy.
  • Experience of working in a community health setting and managing a complex caseload.
