Residential Real Estate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing matters across HNW Residential and New Build Developments, including sale and purchase, finance, landlord and tenant matters, and land purchase and development.

We offer a competitive salary banding of around £65,000 to £75,000, reflecting the calibre of candidate we are looking to hire. The ideal candidate will be at the Associate level, with upwards of 3 years of experience acquired in a firm that has a good reputation for this type of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing HNW Residential and New Build Developments
  • Handling sale and purchase, finance, landlord and tenant matters, and land purchase and development
  • Providing excellent communication and people skills
  • Meeting good academic standards
  • Exhibiting ambition and drive
