HNW Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Prime London properties as 1st and 2nd home, plus investment.

An experienced, service-driven Senior Associate Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded, London-based, full-service law firm.

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly, and supportive Real Estate department. The day-to-day will be oriented around the delivery of a high level of service to a HNW client base, with a focus on Prime London real estate that includes high-value freehold and leasehold, and new build purchases bought as investment or 2nd homes in the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage high-value residential transactions, including new build and off-plan purchases as investment or 2nd homes.
  2. Deliver exceptional service to a HNW client base, with a focus on Prime London real estate.
  3. Work collaboratively with the Real Estate department to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent academics, including 2:1 or above at a good university.
  2. 5 PQE, City of London or leading regional law firm background.
  3. Demonstrable expertise in the management of high-value residential transactions.
