IT SOX Compliance Lead

At Chubb, we are seeking a highly skilled IT SOX Compliance Lead to join our EMEA IT PMO team. As a key strategic role within our compliance and regulatory framework, this position will be responsible for setting up processes for assessing, delivering, and monitoring SOX controls.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SOX audit, with experience in a financial organization or external audit partner. They will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, including executive and senior management, external auditors, and IT system owners, to ensure all SOX compliance requirements are understood and monitored.

The role requires a combination of SME knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to project manage and drive change. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing assessment of regional IT systems to ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing assessment of regional IT systems to ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure all SOX compliance requirements are understood and monitored.

• Develop and implement processes for assessing, delivering, and monitoring SOX controls.

• Provide guidance and support to the IT team on SOX compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a SOX audit role, within a financial organization or external audit partner.

• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and interface controls.

• Ability to articulate the control requirement and deliver best practice in the design and end operation.

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certified.

• Any other relevant compliance, risk, or assessment qualifications.
