About the Role

As Strategic Special Education Lead, you will be responsible for taking a strategic lead on special needs, working closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive. You will have a background in teaching and experience in leadership and management, with a proven track record of raising students' achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure that all students receive the support they need
  • Lead and manage the inclusion team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of inclusion strategies on student outcomes
