About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as an Integration Programme Director. This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward our integration plans and lead a series of work streams in designing our new, integrated organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Post-Transaction Integration Plan (PTIP) and steer our organisations from 'Strategic Case' stage to Full Business Case.
  • Report on progress to the joint Executive Team and Trust Board, and positively influence internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of our transaction.
  • Develop and deliver transformational programmes and projects, and lead a team of professionals to achieve our organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of delivering organisation-wide change, mergers and acquisitions, and transformational programmes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the NHS Transactions Guidance and Microsoft Office Products.
