RECfinancial is a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Leicestershire. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on an interim basis.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and will work closely with the Financial Controller to drive the company's financial performance.

The role will involve working on a variety of projects, including reviewing the monthly board pack and Capex reporting. The successful candidate will be a numbers-driven individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
