We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our financial systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the suite of financial systems, responsible for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Improvement of the Finance Systems control environment, ensuring reporting complies with internal and external standards.
- Management, coaching, and development of a small team.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline financial processes.
- Analysis and resolution of system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
- Leadership of system upgrades and implementations, providing training and support to end-users.
- Liaison with internal and external IT Support as required.
Requirements:
- A Qualified Accountant.
- Strong Financial Accounting experience.
- Previous line management experience.
- Systems/Data skills including VBAs and Macros.
