About the Role

We are looking for an experienced New Product Innovation Manager who can take ownership of the entire product development process, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Innovation: Develop and execute product plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, engineers, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of product development.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3+ years in product development or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, product development processes, and market trends.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
