We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Blue Arrow Maidstone. As a chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet standards and quality.
  • Following instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Coordinating daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
  • Supervising junior chefs or commis.
  • Estimating daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensuring the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.

Requirements:

Level 2 Food Hygiene is required for this role.
