At National Tool Hire Ltd, we're a fast-growing online tool hire broker, working with thousands of products from UK branches. Our office is located in a beautiful barn conversion, providing a great working environment.
We're a friendly, ambitious team, leading edge in our sector, with an open plan office for booking, finance, purchasing, and buying. We have a relaxed, enjoyable, but hard-working environment, with a drive to out-perform the industry for service, availability, and effectiveness.
About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills and a team player attitude. The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Filing emails to job orders with high accuracy
- Responding to ETA enquiries and other emails as required
- Assisting departments with administration duties as needed
- Confident phone communication with customers or suppliers
- Experience in an office environment
We offer:
- Holidays: 21 days pa (rising to 26 days with annual increments)
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday
- Free secure parking and easy access to major roads
