As a Future Leaders Graduate Programme participant, you'll embark on a transformative journey that combines hands-on learning, mentorship, and development workshops. You'll gain insights into our industry-leading products, connect with senior leaders, and cultivate the skills needed to become a impactful leader in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in a one-month offsite training programme to gain a deep understanding of our products, services, business model, purpose, strategy, and leadership behaviours.
  • Engage in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
  • Contribute to global strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth.
  • Undertake curated off-the-job training throughout the programme to develop essential commercial and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow programme participants, senior leaders, and mentors to foster professional growth and development.

Who We Look For:

We're seeking recent graduates with a strong track record of individual achievement, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for finance and technology. You should be comfortable with tackling complex problems using a wide range of numerical and technical skills.

As a Future Leaders Graduate Programme participant, you'll thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, working collaboratively with others to drive business success.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Recent graduates (with three years or less experience) and those predicted to graduate in the near future.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (STEM, finance, economics, or similar).
  • First professional experience gained during or after your studies (work, internships, student organizations).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Basic coding experience.
