About the Programme

Our 12-month programme is designed to fast-track the careers of exceptional graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology and finance. You'll rotate through various technology and business functions, gaining insights into our industry-leading products and connecting with senior leaders.

What You'll Gain

What We're Looking For

We're looking for recent graduates with an excellent track record of individual achievement, who are interested in a challenging and exciting career in the fintech sector. You'll need to have an understanding of technology and programming, as well as the ability to understand how it aligns with other business processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Completed your university studies in under three years of applying.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, math, or related fields.
  • Programming skills and knowledge of modern software development frameworks and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
  • Professional experience gained during or after your studies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
