Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion safety, quality, delivery, and cost across the site.
  2. Lead technical documentation reviews to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
  3. Conduct proactive audit programs to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Lead projects related to special processes from initiation to completion.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and minor site changes.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  7. Participate in site-wide engineering activities and issues.
Requirements
  1. Recognized engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong technical background in weld and heat treat processes.
  3. Knowledge of process operations in a fast-paced production environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
