Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio, ensuring awareness of all client issues and details.
  • Input data into the system in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle routine correspondence, including contact with clients, their advisers, and product providers, via postal correspondence, fax, and email.
  • Ensure all regulatory deadlines, including HMRC and FSA requirements, are met.
  • Organize and prioritize work, managing client expectations and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for correspondence and documents, including scanning and archiving.
  • Prepare new business documentation, including client onboarding and scheme setup.
  • Perform general administrative duties, supporting the team in achieving their goals.

Requirements:

  • Intelligent and ambitious individual with a desire to learn and succeed within Financial Planning.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to drive results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
