NJR Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an IFA Administrator. This role will provide direct support to the Pension Consultants and Directors, managing and administrating a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio, ensuring awareness of all client issues and details.
- Input data into the system in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle routine correspondence, including contact with clients, their advisers, and product providers, via postal correspondence, fax, and email.
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines, including HMRC and FSA requirements, are met.
- Organize and prioritize work, managing client expectations and ensuring seamless communication.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for correspondence and documents, including scanning and archiving.
- Prepare new business documentation, including client onboarding and scheme setup.
- Perform general administrative duties, supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- Intelligent and ambitious individual with a desire to learn and succeed within Financial Planning.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to drive results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
