The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team at the University of Edinburgh. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating student finances for the Institute for Regeneration and Repair.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing student finances, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with staff at all levels to achieve measurable goals and deadlines.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We also offer hybrid working options that combine remote and on-campus work.
Your Skills and Attributes:
- A relevant vocational qualification and two years of relevant work experience, or equivalent.
- Finance and administration experience in an office environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient user of standard office systems, including MS Office and Excel.
