Job Title: Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff and Director of Marketing to join our team at Luxury Assets. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO and driving the development of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for our CEO and manage their schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Manage industry-specific projects and conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the creation of presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with our Operational Manager to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build our brand and reputation.
  • Organize and attend large events, including celebrity guest appearances.
  • Ensure that all travel arrangements meet the required standards, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our CEO and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior management business role.
  • Extensive marketing experience, including agency-based and campaign management.
  • Degree-educated in business or marketing.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is highly beneficial.
  • Must be legal to work in the UK/EU and have a clean driver's license.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with other European languages a benefit.
  • Strong IT skills in MS and Apple, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong financial skills and the ability to introduce structures and processes.
  • Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and social media management is ideal.
  • Able to work under pressure with a mature outlook and excellent written references from past employers.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £100,000-120,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
  • 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Accommodation while traveling provided, staying in the same hotel as the CEO.
  • Allowances for subsistence and outfits.
  • Apple laptop and phones provided.
