Job Title: CRM Strategist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Strategist to join our team at Preferred Choice. As a key member of our digital communications agency, you will be responsible for delivering strategic services and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic projects from scope to delivery on time and within budget.
  • Conduct strategic meetings both internally and client-facing.
  • Deliver projects and analyze campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a CRM Strategic role either brand or agency side.
  • Experience in delivering in-depth reporting and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and employees.
  • Passion and deep knowledge of strategy, digital marketing, and data segmentation.
  • Ability to pitch, scope, plan, and produce projects on time and within budget.
  • Affinity towards data and understanding patterns and trends within a client's digital performance.
  • CRM experience is a must.
