SEND Teacher/Lecturer
We are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher/Lecturer to join our educational team at Uniform Education in Wandsworth. This role involves educating and mentoring children with special educational needs, utilising various teaching methods to engage students in their learning journey.
Job Responsibilities- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management techniques.
- Provide tutoring and mentoring to students who require additional support.
- Evaluate student performance through regular testing and feedback.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages personal growth and development among students.
- Collaborate with parents and other educators to support student learning and well-being.
- Apply Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies to assist students with special educational needs.
Salary
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role
This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday, with potential Fridays available. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students.
