Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Team Leader to guide our team and contribute to our stores success. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless store operations, ensuring the store remains clean and well organised as well as delivering excellent service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and inventory control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store appearance and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Coach and supervise retail assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
