Plumbing Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our faculty as a Lecturer in Plumbing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled plumber or tutor to transition into a teaching role, sharing your expertise and inspiring the next generation of skilled plumbers. Your specialism will be in plumbing and gas.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment in both workshop and classroom environments. With an enthusiastic approach, you will motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.

• Deliver excellent teaching, completing relevant preparation and marking that supports student learning.
• Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
• Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor learner progress to promote positive outcomes.

• A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, along with a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award.
• An effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bring the subject to life using practical, theoretical, and digital methods.
