About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Instructor to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for teaching plumbing courses to students and contributing to the development of innovative curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging plumbing courses that cater to the needs of our students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching methods, ensuring a high-quality learning experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plumbing to maintain your expertise
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a sense of community among students and staff

Requirements:

• A relevant teaching qualification and extensive experience in plumbing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and stakeholders
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• A commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £36,000-£36,413 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being. Located in Worksop, our facility provides a dynamic and supportive environment for our instructors to thrive.
