Cherrybrook Care Home is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to the overall well-being of our care home community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care
- Supervise and support care assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- RGN / RMN / RNLD Qualified
- Valid PIN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support and supervise all departments
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £22
- 36 hours per week, with paid breaks
