Email Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Flight Studio. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our podcast brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to email marketing, with the ability to see the bigger picture and align email campaigns with overarching marketing goals. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, leveraging insights and analytics to inform future strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with Flight Studio's podcasts and their business objectives.
  • Audience Growth: Work closely with our wider marketing team to implement tactics to grow our email subscriber base while maintaining high engagement levels, utilizing segmentation and personalisation strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and targeted outreach, to achieve specific marketing targets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and subscriber behavior to inform future strategies, using data to drive decisions and report on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and explore innovative email marketing techniques and technologies.

Location: London - Shoreditch. Some roles will require global travel, so flexibility in this aspect is important.
