Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Douglas Willis. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier accounts for 3 separate companies and ensuring timely processing of supplier invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices on a daily basis
- Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure all invoices are properly authorized for payment
- Prepare and perform bi-weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve purchase discrepancies
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic bookkeeping and data entry experience
Benefits:

- Monday to Friday, day shift
- No less than 30 hours per week
