As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Breckland/West Norfolk area, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Customer Onboarding**: Support customers in setting up their new accounts, ensuring they start and continue to spend with us.
- Account Reactivation**: Target dormant and lapsed accounts to reactivate them and increase sales.
- Relationship Building**: Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability.
- Customer Needs Assessment**: Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, proposing solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaboration**: Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure all opportunities are leveraged.
- Health and Safety**: Comply with all EHS policies and procedures when on site.

Requirements
