About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Dereham Extra store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Availability Window

We require our colleagues to be available to work during the following times:

  • Sunday: 22:30 - 07:00
  • Thursday: 22:00 - 05:15
  • Friday: 22:00 - 07:00
  • Saturday: 22:00 - 07:00

Please note that we offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if preferred. We also provide 3 weeks' notice of scheduled shifts.
