We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Audit team, you will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the audit process, including people management, resource planning, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct all aspects of the audit process, including audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage and develop staff, including coordinating staff projects, mentoring, and appraising.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other senior managers.
- Contribute to the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high-level sales and marketing activity.
- Support partners in group sales and marketing activity, including playing a leading role in pitch teams and attending group networking events.
- ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Educated up to degree level or CTS.
- Significant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services to major businesses, including listed firms with international interests.
- Excellent working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Proven experience in managing a wide portfolio of concurrent projects and project teams in a project management framework.
