Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of the administrative side of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders, deliveries, repairs, warranty claims, and general inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare quotes and manage new orders with attention to detail and methodical approach.
- Address invoice queries and manage credit or refund applications as required.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer data in CRM systems.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general IT applications (ideally SAP).
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
