About the Role:

The Invention Program Manager plays a crucial role in driving creativity and innovation in media by excelling in culture, community, and innovation. This position is responsible for leading the management of a global creative and media awards program, including thought leadership and stakeholder coordination across markets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a global, client-driven award program to fuel a culture of media creativity and effectiveness across all markets.
  • Manage the overall program, working closely with the Business Director, to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Host shortlisting and jury sessions to review work with senior leadership and drive better culture of creativity and awards.
  • Organize sessions and experiences to drive creativity and awards, including external judging sessions and attendance to award shows.
  • Develop and maintain a repository library of entries and case study templates.
  • Coordinate with local agency and client teams across markets to ensure successful program execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing internal programs, preferably in a creative field.
  • Strong project management skills, with a basic understanding of partnership, sponsorship, content, and digital media channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a foreign language proficiency as a bonus.
