Job Title: Innovation Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Program Coordinator to join our team at iXceed Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and programs within the UK, with a focus on customer engagement, vendor management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and programs within the UK, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, compliance, and governance to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage existing stakeholder relationships to bring in new projects and contracts, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in managing projects and programs within the UK.
  • Strong understanding of IR35 regulations and contingent workforce management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
