Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll transactions, including adding starters, leavers, and changes to contractual and personal details
• Manage statutory payments, including pensions and salary sacrifice arrangements
• Review pay cycle information to identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or inefficiencies
• Ensure all payrolls have the necessary level of authorization at local level
• Process supplementary and manual payments
