About the Role

As a Site Manager at Anchor, you will play a pivotal role in the success, safety, and smooth running of our locations. You will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders, ensuring that our locations are safe and all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communal areas, including lounges, guest rooms, and kitchens, and work with residents to enhance their living experience.
  • Partner with property colleagues and contractors to ensure residents' homes are well maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage location budgets and service charge accounts, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
  • Connect with residents, signpost them to access health and social services, and promote inclusion in social events.
  • Build resident confidence by ensuring their views are acted upon, managing expectations, and delivering on commitments.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent relationship management and communication skills, a good balance of heart and head, and the ability to problem-solve with a willingness to learn.
