About the Role

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the management of our extensive portfolio of properties across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords at the end of tenancies, resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to tenants and landlords, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all Right to Rent checks are carried out in accordance with government guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Articulate communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Preferably, experience in lettings or a related field.
